Here is the mode progression of 7modes.mp3.

Started in Ionian C-to-G then up to G-to-C for the 2nd part of Stella's improv structure.

Altered G-to-C to G-to-D to be in Mixolydian but for the 2nd part I shifted down to the D-to-G just below.

Changed D-to-G to D-to-A switching to Dorian mode, then up to A-to-D for the 2nd part.

The A-to-D became A-to-E Aeolean (A-E-olean - cool!). I went down to the E-to-A below for the second part.

Next E-to-A turned into E-to-B Phrygian, then up to B-to-E. (Hung out here for a while because I like Phrygian.)

Then B-to-E shifted to B-to-F for Lochrian, which I'm starting to appreciate. And down to the F-to-B below.

After that, F-to-B became F-to-C, Lydian, then up to C-to-F.

Finally, C-to-F went back to C-to-G Ionian, where I ended.
